Refund and Returns Policy
Bedlamp Digital Media provides digital services including WordPress and WooCommerce website development, hosting, maintenance, digital marketing, and related online services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
Countries Covered
Our services are available to clients in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and internationally. As all services are delivered digitally, no shipping or physical delivery applies.
Returns
Returns are not accepted. All products and services offered are digital and non-tangible. Once a service has been purchased or work has commenced, it cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Digital services, hosting services, and completed project work cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed at our sole discretion.
If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be considered, excluding payment processing or administrative fees.
Once work has started, deposits, milestone payments, strategy fees, and completed services are non-refundable due to time, expertise, and resources allocated to the project.
Monthly hosting, maintenance, and subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe a billing error has occurred or you are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery or billing so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.
Hosting Cancellations
Clients may cancel hosting services at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing. Website backups may be provided upon request, provided the account is in good standing and all outstanding balances are settled.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
